Less than excited about the interaction and the effort that was put into solving the problems I reported. I understand that some things can be hard to diagnose, and so I give as much info as possible. For example, I reported an unusual noise from under the dash when starting the car. This noise was confirmed by the service writer. But, when the tech couldn't hear it, the attempt to resolve stopped there. I have another grinding noise that I've reported multiple times, along with specific instruction on how to replicate, but no effort has been made to do so.

I’ve been bring my VWs to West Broad for 5 years. Robert has been there every time. He clearly explains everything and the cost. This time the service tech sent me a video and gave me an update. The communication and care was amazing! I love Robert and West Broad VW!
