Scot and Frank were fantastic and knowledgeable throughout the process. Really enjoyed meeting them and both walked away with a familial feeling.

While I was surprised about the fee for potential issues that could not be replicated, they were ultimately replicated and Robert made arrangements for the repairs - WIN. The prospect of paying +$400 in the instance that issues could not be replicated is daunting. I understand a diagnosis fee but that seemed excessive and might cause me to consider other service sources. This all worked out though and I am happy.

I figured it would be afternoon, surprisingly it was finished at 10:30 and I was able to pick it up at noon, so far it’s running better then when I turned it it.

West Broad VW and service advisor Robert are absolutely the best!!! I will never take my car anywhere else. When dealing with “car dealerships” everyone at West Broad VW is one I trust. Every visit, I’ve never had a bad experience, honest work and price. Thank you all so much.

Overall, great experience. Went just under 3 weeks without a vehicle but that was no fault of West Broad Volkswagen. Greatful they did all they could to get my car fixed as soon as they had the parts.

Very nice staff. Unable to explain why VW doesn’t have a replacement engine cover that was a recall. Why would VW place their service departments in this position. A 50k without an engine cover is not acceptable
