From the moment I entered the door my salesman James Anderson was attentive and showed that he cared about my needs by asking what I was looking for in my new vehicle, not only did he ask he noted everything and he never forgot. He immediately went to work finding my perfect fit and he always kept me informed about the arrival status of my car. I arrived early for a 7:30 10K service appointment. Service Advisor Robert Krsyzanowski was gracious in his welcoming, but swift in getting the admin information and the service started! After the service was complete, he was most patient in attempting to answer questions I'd collected after 6+ months with the vehicle. Rather than being 'all knowing', he wisely deferred to the Parts Department on some questions appropriate to them. There, "Connor" was just as gracious, patient, and effective. Although West Broad VW is an hour and a half drive each way, the service and reception was well worth it. I will return!
