I had originally made an appointment for a Bluetooth module repair that West Broad Volkswagen had "repaired" three to four times. Upon arriving at my appointment, I was told it would cost $175 to inspect the module and that the part was only covered up to 12,000 miles. My Tiguan has 72k miles on it, and I purchased it in March of 2024. Absolutely ridiculous that a Bluetooth module that was repaired by this shop multiple times was only covered up to 12k miles since the last repair. Considering obtaining legal action, as this is not how a business should treat its customers for parts they supposedly fixed multiple times.
