They neglected to reset my service notification. There's only one service technician that can work on EVS and now I have to go back on Monday to have the only technician service my vehicle for the reset I called three times and never had a return phone call for the situation. But the people in the service area were accommodating. I had to wait almost a month and a half to get the appointment. So I can't say this was an overall satisfying experience.

Kevin Jenkins was extremely helpful. I came in very upset trying to get my Kia fixed and happened to run into Mr. Kevin. Needless to say I walked out crying happy tears in my 2024 Taos Volkswagen . He was very patient with me and broke everything down for me to understand. It was very easy and pleasing to work with him. He made the whole process easy and worth while.

I thought Kevin was informative and listened to me. I was going to buy a Jetta since that is the car I have driven since 1985. The test drive was great and he explained features on the car. His selling technique is to spot a good car coming in to be servivrd and reaching out to the owner, I traded my 2018 Jetta which has had the least problems of and I have owned.
