I always have an awesome experience whenever I drop my vehicle off at West Broad Volkswagen. The staff there are always so nice and helpful. The guys there are very thorough and make sure I know exactly what is going on and exactly what I am paying for during my visits. I would not want to take my car anywhere else and I enjoy the experience every time and I am very thankful for the help I receive when I'm there.
