The best dealership I dealt with. Scot and Frank made the whole process very smooth and easy and left me a happy customer (not easy to do). No hard pressure sales I experienced in other places. They provided all necessary information, made the whole process easy and in the end both sides were happy with the outcome. As a side comment completely unrelated to front line workers: please, don't overdo whole AI thing. It is confusing enough to deal with two salespersons at the time. More so if one is computer generated AI persona. I am OK waiting 24 hours for the reply from the real salesperson, particularly on weekend. But when AI butts into the middle of the discussion: it is not working. Please, take it into consideration.
