Disappointed that VW would not cover the cost of my service after I purchased Volkswagen care plan when I purchased my vehicle simply because I failed to mention that I have the warranty coverage. VW should have reimbursed me for the services in full. Dealership claims it my responsibility to remember I have a warranty policy. As a customer that doesn’t feel like great customer service. Dealership offered me a partial refund. But have not seen that as of yet.
