    Took my vehicle on time, told me about up coming service needed and everything went like clockwork

    I brought in my VW for recall corrections; there were a total of two. One was completed, but the other required a part that was backordered. The service needed was clearly stated when I made the appointment. I would have appreciated someone calling me to let me know when the part would be available so I only had to bring my vehicle in once for these necessary repairs, instead of twice.
