Ken Davidson, a technician at West Broad Volkswagen, was recently named the #1 Volkswagen Technician in the United States after winning a nationwide competition amongst VW technicians. Each technician was given a limited amount of time to properly diagnose and repair a "bugged" Volkswagen. Technicians were also tested on the theoretical wiring problems requiring repair, mechanical disassembly and reassembly, as well as tests that ensured the proper usage of advanced auto repair procedures. Ken recently returned from a trip to Europe to compete in the World Championships.
